New funding campaign for Post-doctorates/Research Engineers 2023

In this 2023 CfP , up to 6 post-doctorates or Research Engineers can be funded (at 100%) (maximum 5 contracts of 18 months and 1 contract of 13 months). Environmental costs of 500 €/month will be allocated to the laboratories of selected candidates.
The benefits of post-docs/REs funded by #DigitAg are:

• Awardees will receive a post-doc/RE contract with the supporting member-institution. The duration of the post-doc will be up to 18 months, the research duration with the IR up to 12 months. You will indicate the number of months requested and the category requested.
• They become members of the #DigitAg community and therefore benefit from the training of the research schools, seminars, transfer support from SATT AxLR, and the possibility to apply for the AAPs reserved for doctoral students and post-docs of the Convergences Institute (IT support, international mobility, ...)
• They benefit from the Digital Showcase service (development of a small demonstrator/web service that presents a contribution/result of work, with the intervention of an IT service provider).

The conditions for the selection of candidates are:

Only subjects are selected by the #DigitAg Extended Executive Committee.The selection of candidates is left to the discretion of each member-institution hosting the post-doc/researcher, according to its own procedures.
IMPORTANT: the candidate must not have done his or her thesis in the laboratory that will host the post-doc project.
The grant will be awarded only after validation of the candidate by the #DigitAg steering committee, according to these criteria, on the basis of the candidate's CV and list of publications.
Because of the interdisciplinary nature of the candidates funded by #DigitAg, it is recommended, during their selection, to pay particular attention to their ability to engage in research marked by interdisciplinarity.

Whatever the type of recruitment (post-doc or research engineer), the laboratory commits to publish at least one peer-reviewed article. For funding, it is required that projects involve at least 2 member-units of #DigitAg. Other units may also be associated. Any topic that does not meet this criterion will have to be the subject of a justifying paragraph and will not be considered as a priority.
